Judith's practice is restricted to personal injury including traumatic brain injuries, orthopaedic injuries, spinal cord injuries, complex chronic pain cases and death claims. Judith has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario, including the Ontario Court of Appeal, as well as the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal.

Judith is the Immediate Past President of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association. Judith is also one of two Ontario governors on the Board of Governors for the American Association for Justice (AAJ). Judith is an active member of the OBA Working Group on Auto Insurance, which is dedicated to affecting positive changes to auto insurance in order to protect the rights of innocent accident victims. Judith has recently been appointed to a three-year term on the Chief Justice of Ontario's Advisory Committee on Professionalism. She currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Share the Road Cycling Coalition.

Judith has published a number of articles and has presented seminars in the area of personal injury litigation for numerous associations including the Ontario Trial Lawyers' Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America/American Association for Justice, Insight, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Law Society of Upper Canada. Judith previously hosted a weekly TV legal news show on ETM Network -- “Looking At Law”. In 2008, Judith was nominated for the RBC Momentum Award through the RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Awards.

Judith was called to the Bar in 1997 and is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario Law School (1994). She also obtained her Honours B.A. in English and Anthropology at the University of Western Ontario in 1989.

Outside the Office
Judith is an avid traveller and photographer, having travelled to all six of the world's inhabited continents. When at home, quiet time is devoted to classical music, literature, her two rescue greyhounds (Pyramus and Thisbe), and her extensive gardens. Judith's previous experience as a world leader in the fitness industry has now evolved into a fulfilling dedication to yoga and personal fitness.

As a native Londoner and Southwestern Ontarian, Judith is involved in community projects including:

  • Share the Road Campaign (ride to heighten awareness about the need for drivers and cyclists to share the road safely, and the importance of creating safer roads for cyclists);
  • Helmets on Kids Campaign (annual event to put bike helmets on children at schools within the City of London)
  • Sponsorship and fundraising events for Parkwood Hospital, London Health Sciences Centre, Orchestra London, the Grand Theatre, Stratford Festival, Doors Open, Museum London, and other arts & community projects
  • Previous Board commitments include Orchestra London and Cross Cultural Learner Centre

Kim completed her articles at Judith Hull & Associates, and following her call to the Bar in 2009, she returned as an associate lawyer. Kim's practice is focused on representing plaintiffs in personal injury litigation, including disability insurance, occupiers' liability, motor vehicle litigation and accident benefits claims. Kim also represents clients who are survivors of historic sexual abuse.

Kim was born and raised in London, Ontario. She obtained her law degree from the University of Western Ontario in 2008. Before attending law school, she completed an Honours B.A. in Psychology from the University of Western Ontario.

Outside the office
Kim maintains strong ties to the London community. She is currently a member of the Board of Directors for the London and District Distress Centre, an organization providing assistance to individuals in distress. In her down time, she spends her time rollerblading, golfing, skiing and travelling as much as possible. In the summer months, she enjoys spending time with her three nieces, Mikailie, Elodie and Kate, who vist from Belgium.

Marnie is an associate lawyer with Judith Hull & Associates who devotes her practice to personal injury cases involving motor vehicle collisions and occupier's liability, as well as historic sexual abuse cases. She received her Juris Doctor at the Law School of the University of Western Ontario in 2009, and also completed a Bachelor of Managerial and Organizational Sciences at The University of Western Ontario in 2006.

Outside the office
Marnie volunteers with the Books to Eat organization with the Central Library of London as well as with the Multiple Sclerosis Society of London. She has in the past assisted with many other volunteer organizations including London Lawyers Feed the Hungry and the London and Area Food Bank.

Marnie is keenly interested in tennis, badminton, baseball, travelling and reading classical and contemporary literature.

Joyce completed her articles at Judith Hull & Associates, and following her call to the Bar in 2010, she returned as an associate lawyer. Before obtaining her Juris Doctor at the Law School of the University of Western Ontario in 2009, Joyce completed her Honours B.A. in Philosophy at the University of Western Ontario.

Joyce’s practice is focused on civil litigation in personal injury, including disability insurance, occupiers’ liability, motor vehicle litigation, accident benefits claims, as well as employment law, including wrongful dismissal.

Prior to attending law school, Jessica obtained an Economics degree from McGill University in Montreal, and is also a Graduate of Commerce (DEC) – CEGEP from Marianopolois College, Montreal, Quebec.

Jessica's main interests are performing martial arts, volleyball, reading and skiing.
